Baked Bibingka

What you need:
large baking pan
large bowl
beater
strainer
Ingredients:
500 grams glutinous flour
1 1/2 cup fine sugar
500ml Fresh Milk or Evaporated Milk
250ml Coconut Milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 can Condense Milk
Macapuno or young coconut meat (optional)
Baking Procedure:
Pre-heat oven to 375 C
Melt butter and allow to cool down
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (Except the Condence Milk)
Strain before baking
When Bibingka is already cooked, pour 1/2 can of condense milk and baked for another 8-10 mins.
Baking Time: 30-45 minutes
